As the Fall season draws near, the nights grow longer and mere mortals flee the shadowy places where werewolves and vampires are once again on the prowl. Blood will be spilled, chests will sparkle, but virginity will be preserved at all cost when Dusk: Improvised Tween Erotica returns to the stage for its third season. After a sold-out first run at the Salvage Vanguard Theater in Austin in 2009, the show was extended to include a multi-state tour, bringing the tales of deeply-conflicted, adolescent sexuality to Chicago and New York in 2010. Having received a nomination for the B. Iden Payne Award and placing 5th in the Austin Chronicle’s Top 9 Creative Arts Listing, the cast is now preparing to take the rich, guilty pleasure of everyone’s favorite vampire saga back to the stage as we prepare for another leg of our tour: to the Black Box Comedy Festival in Atlanta, GA September 29th and October 1st.
